Deposit: Full Deposit is required at time of Reservation.  Deposits may be made via cheque with Management Approval.  Deposits paid may be refunded if reservation is Cancelled, with regards to Pavilion on Nortbourne's Summernats Cancellation Policy of 48 Hours.

Bond: A security bond of $200 per room, per night or a credit card imprint to the same value is required, at time of check-in.  Photo Identification is required from ALL guests entering the hotel during the Summernats 2009 Festival.
